If we can better that offer we will. In this instance we were not offered the better rate at the alternative hotel. However once identified we were able to find and offer an even better hotel, which also included a 20% refund! We always try to offer the best value to our customers but rates are flexible and can go up or down.

So although the rate showed the system would not allow the booking to confirm (rightly so). We had to then correct the family room rate with the hotel and on the system and then process the booking.
