The hotel is located on a pedestrian street and overlooks numerous shops, like Zara, Mango, Diesel and others. Nearby, you will find the well known, El Cortes Ingles and several shoe shops. It is the ideal location for those who love shopping. Just 2 minutes walk from the hotel you will find the small Del Pi Square, where an abundance of cafes, delis and restaurants are available. They are equipped with amenities such as satellite TV with pay per view movies, direct dial phone, safe-deposit box (at a cost of €4), air-conditioning, central heating, minibar and hairdryer. The marble bathrooms are spacious, featuring bathtub and shower. They have natural light and a romantic feel. The guest rooms that are exterior have small wrought-iron balconies, which are purely decorative. The Albinoni has 74 rooms comprising 67 double and twin, and 7 single rooms. Triple room sare made up of a double + extra bed or twin +extra bed. Ther are 2 quad rooms and 2 rooms suitable for disabled accesss. Cots are free of charge and the hotel only accepts a maximum of 10 guests per group.

The Albinoni Hotel is a well liked and very well located 3 star superior hotel. It is a listed building, included in the artistic heritage of Barcelona City. Pedro Bassegoda I Mateu built it in 1876, and in 1998 it opened its doors as a hotel. Previously a small palace, it has undergone extensive renovations but it has retained its neoclassical facade, stunning marble stairs and fancy moulded ceiling. The building is not just a hotel but a piece of history and art. Guests will feel this as soon as they enter the reception hall. The marble floors the stone archways and the high ceilings create a welcoming atmosphere. Adjacent to the reception area you will find the bar that is medium sized but well furnished and modern in style. A lounge area, adjacent to the bar, is equally stylish. The public spaces are welcoming and are decorated with drop down lights, dark blue, light blue and ecru colours. In general, the hotel is a stylish property and successfully combines traditional features with a modern style.
