Excellent hotel, brilliantly placed just around the corner from the buzz but just around the corner from any noise. Could not have been better.
Top Tip
Take the city tour, do one complete tour and stay on and visit the sites which you think you will find interesting. Remember and buy the ticket which lasts two days.

hotel has no irons and dry cleaning service is closed at weekend. no kettles in hotel rooms
Top Tip
flaherts pub off ramblas. best menu especially for vegetarians. quality food at good prices and friendly staff. better than some of the plush restaurants we went to. bus tour of barca takes 2 hrs for red line and 2 hrs for blue line. try spread over two days €26 makes it easier.get cheap tickets at nou camp and work your way to anywhere in the stadium as nearly always seats free.

very close to all shops and La Ramblas. Beware!! we had money stolen from our room by cleaning staff. use the safe facilities!
Top Tip
Barcelona is famous for its pickpockets and thieves. just be careful with your belongings
The bus Tourista is the best value in town for seeing the sights

very close to rambla without being a very busy bustling street.
One of the Barcelona bus tours can be picked up from Passeig de Garcia, just outside the hotel
Taxis are very cheap everywhere since the hotel is so central

Water not hot in mornings
OK for shower - not for shaving !!
Would not class Hotel as 4*
good 3*. Hotel convienient for Airport Bus.
Top Tip
Combination of Tourist Buses
and Metro( T10 tickets ) worked great.
