Arlington Temple Bar Hotel

Situated on Parliament Street, the hotel is just opposite Dublin Castle, the City Hall, and in the heart of Temple Bar's West End. Grafton Street and Henry Street are less than 4 minutes' walk away. The Trinity Museum, the National Museum, the National Gallery and Trinity College are also just 5 minutes away on foot. The hotel building sits on a main street, so the front facing rooms are a bit noisy whereas the back facing ones are quieter. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and it's just a stroll away from the nightlife of the Temple Bar area. If you are arriving at the hotel by Airlink coach, the nearest stop is Trinity College. Dublin Airport is 10 kilometres from the hotel. A taxi ride between the two will cost roughly 25 Euro and it will take 25 to 30 minutes.

The hotel houses 63 spacious and well-equipped guestrooms. Each bedroom is tastefully appointed in a traditional style. They feature green or red carpets and cream colored décor, which blends well with the pastel/cream toned bed linen and curtains. The bathrooms are tiled in a black and white pattern and have bathtub/shower combos. In general the guestrooms are in good condition and are comfortable. There are 2 smoking floors in the hotel. The majority of the rooms are double and twins but there are also 7 triple rooms (consisting of 3 single beds) and a limited number of family rooms (consisting of a double bed and 2 singles.) There are also 3 disabled rooms, albeit subject to availability.

The Parliament Hotel (also known as Arlington Temple Bar Hotel) is a 3-star, traditionally styled property, housed in a traditional Edwardian building. The walls are adorned with pictures of Ireland's Prime Ministers, while the seating area features antique furniture. On the right hand side of the reception desk there's a staircase leading to the breakfast room. The Forum Bar and Restaurant is adjacent to the hotel and is usually quite busy with guests and locals.
