Mespil Hotel

The hotel is located in the south of Dublin city centre, about 15 minutes’ walk from St Stephen’s Green, overlooking the Grand Canal. It is also within walking distance of Grafton Street, renowned for its shops, and St Stephen’s Green shopping centre. Temple Bar is about 20 to 25 minutes’ walk from the hotel. Residents can also access the hotel by bus or by tram (green line), as Charlemont stop is about 10 minutes’ walk away.

The 255 quiet, spacious guestrooms are decorated in a bright and modern style. All feature direct-dial telephone with voicemail, WIFI access, modem connection, trouser press, hairdryer, cable TV and complimentary tea/coffee facilities, but they do not have air-conditioning. About half of the rooms are non-smoking. The hotel does not have any family rooms but as an alternative features some inter-connecting rooms. There are also 14 rooms adapted for disabled guests. Room service is available from 7.00am to 10.30am and from 6.00pm to 9.30pm.

The Mespil Hotel is a recent addition to Lee Hotels, a growing, family-owned hotel group. It features modern decor with a relaxing atmosphere and is perfectly suitable for both business and leisure travellers. The spacious, carpeted lobby comprises sitting areas with tables and dark sofas. Residents have free parking at their disposal, but it is on a first come first serve basis, as it cannot be reserved in advance. Wireless Internet access is available in the lobby, the Terrace Bar, the meeting rooms and the guestrooms.
