This is the second year running my wife and I have stayed here and we plan to return again. We cannot fault the hotel or the helpfullness of the staff that made my wifes birthday a bit more special.
Top Tip
Just enjoy the whole atmosphire of the Christmas Markets,dont forget the other areas around Princess Street.Try Ryans Bar as the food is good and staff helpfull.

Very attentive service, helped to try to get car hire sorted and book restaurants. Very peaceful location. Room not quite as large as expected but adequate for 2 adults and child. Nice jacuzzi bath. Not too far from the main attractions though takes 10 mins to get to Princes Street.

Both myself & wife had a fantastic time. The Edniburgh Residece exieded expectations and we will definatly revisit. The location and ambience of the hotel could noe be better.
Top Tip
Our visit was late December enjoyed the Christmas Markets and open air ice rink. Had a lovely meal in The Bad Ass in Rose Street worth a visit.

Can't believe that wireless internet only available in downstairs (3 storeys) lounge.As a self-employed business traveller I would not stay there again because of that.

fab accomodation not to far from princes street and sight seeing. excellent value for money, ideal as has parking and not many hotels do in the area. The hotel doesnt have a restaurant so room service is offered not a problem as the suites are very spacious. Restuarants local if wish to eat out.
