The hotel occupies a modern twenty storey building, with panoramic views across Glasgow. The hotel lobby is large and spacious, with an extensive seating area. The rooms are medium in size and in good condition, as are the bathrooms. They are decorated to a high standard with full facilities. The hotel also offers non smoking floors, a Japanese floor, two disabled, two hearing impaired rooms and executive rooms. The hotel restaurant has been created to reflect a traditional Highland hunting lodge, named in honour of Cameron Lochiel, chief of clan Cameron. It is an elegant restaurant serving traditional Scottish fare. There is also Minsky's New York deli, based on the original restaurant in New York. There are also two bars; one which is set in colonial style with ceiling fans and palms and the Scottish bar, which is more formal and serves afternoon tea. The hotel also has extensive leisure facilities.
