don't be put off by the restaurants in the main square packing up at 10.00am - if you are prepared to look doen an alley way & go either up or down a flight of stairs there's loads of places to eat or drink

Traveller from Sydney stayed in September,2008
Comment
It was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. It looked like the rooms had just been upgraded as there was an anteroom with wardrobe and storage, a sitting room, separate bedroom and an enormous bathroom, all for a very reasonable price. It is just outside the old city walls so about a 15 min walk to the Main Square, but taxis are quite cheap.

Traveller from Loughton stayed in May,2008
Comment
The hotel is a bit dated, rooms are shabby BUT.. they are very clean and surprisingly comfortable. English breaksfast, not exactly English... no tea making fascilities. Very helpful in-house tourist info and pick-ups from hotel.
Top Tip
If you like your tea, take some tea bags. Not really places for "lunch" in town, either Kebabs or heavy meals. Trip to concentrations camp very rushed try and do a small group - rather than coach. Trip to mountains, beautiful

Traveller from LUTON stayed in May,2008
Comment
Although the hotel externally looked 60's communist built, inside was very clean and the bedrooms spacious. The staff on reception spoke good English and were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. Only 10 minute walk into the old town, which had some excellent restaurants, cafes bars etc

Traveller from Belfast stayed in April,2008
Comment
On arrival at the hotel it was quite difficult and took quite a while to get checked in. The staff found it difficult to understand us I think and did not really explain what they wanted us to complete and do for them on the paperwork. A bit disappointing as it was a long journey.
Top Tip
