Francuski hotel

Less than 5 minutes’ walk to the famous market square, the Francuski Hotel offers the perfect location for any visitor to the city. All of Krakow's sites, shops and bars are within easy reach. The Czartoryski Museum, which houses Leonardo's famous "Lady With An Ermine" is just next door.

The Francuski has 42 guestrooms and of these there are 23 standard doubles and 11 standard twins (the hotel does not offer triple rooms.) Many of these rooms are large with high ceilings and are all en suite. The decoration of the lobby is mirrored in the classically styled rooms with antique furniture and traditional wallpaper. The rooms provide tea and coffee making facilities, satellite TV, mini bar, telephone, high-speed Internet access, hairdryer and iron on request and room service from 6.00pm-10.30pm. The bathrooms are large and tiled and all have bathtubs. Due to the age of the building, there are no rooms adapted for wheelchair users.

Built in 1912 and remodelled in 1991, the Francuski Hotel (commonly known as the "French Hotel") offers a unique fin-de-siècle atmosphere combined with modernity. A sweeping spiral staircase leads up from the large, high-ceilinged lobby to 42 comfortable guestrooms decorated in a grand style. The hotel's restaurant serves excellent dishes of both Polish and European cuisine and offers high quality service at reasonable prices.The whole property has a luxuriously decadent feel.
