What can i say!!
spot on, brilliantly situated, excellent hotel and just as excellent staff, they made us feel very welcome and they were more than helpful.Breakfast was plentiful, hot and cold.
An extremely satisfied couple.

Great little hotel and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good quality breakfast buffet to suit any tastes. A nice touch was the goldfish tank full of minute fish in the bathroom.
Top Tip
Plenty of ancient and not quite so ancient monuments to walk around, great historically. However the streets of Rome itself are filthy! Be aware of personal safety, I witnessed 3 crimes on my short break although there is a high police presence. The Termini Station area attracts a lot of vagrants/beggars.
