General Hotel Information

The Grand De La Minerva Hotel is a deluxe property housed in a 17th century palazzo. It was completely renovated in 1990 by Italy's most famous designer has since incorporated 21st century elements in a seamless fashion. The small lobby is very elegantly appointed in light marble, with Persian rugs and crystal chandeliers. It is dominated by an original 19th century statue of Minerva. The 134 guestrooms feature old boiseries ceilings, antique furniture and soft colour schemes. All are well maintained and equipped with a good range of modern amenities. The hotel’s restaurant, "La Cesta," serves both Italian and international specialities. In the summer months guests can also dine in the roof garden while enjoying outstanding views of the Eternal City.
