We have been to this hotel 3 times now and every time we have a very good stay. I think this hotel will be a 4 star soon.

Top Tip

The river boat trip and open top bus will cover all the histroical land marks. They are worth doing. In fact all the tourist things are within easy reach of each other.

Would have liked Shower cap in bathroom - did tell them. Staff excellent!

This hotel is in the heart of seville,all the main shops and tourist sites are all within a few minutes.

quite expensive for what it was. very poor selection of food for breakfast, drinks ran out and not replenished for some time. table clothes dirty. reception staff though most pleasant and helpful. very good location, in walking distance of all main attractions. rooms small with terrible outlook ie another wall but clean and adequate. wouldn't recommend it but not terrible

Lisarann, just round the corner is an excellent tapas bar.

Centre of Seville and lots to watch out of window as El Corte Ingles store just adjacent! Very central to all of city sights. Quiet after 10.30 so no problems sleeping.

Hotel fine but had a problem with the 'single' room. Both rooms on the 5th floor but the single was a fraction of the size of the twin, the ensuite had just a toilet and shower and was so small it was almost impossible to enter and the room smelt. I asked to be moved and was given another single on the 2nd floor. It seemed better, was slightly bigger and had a proper bathroom. Next morning I opened the blind to discover there was no view other than the back of a building literally a couple of metres away and consequently the room was almost totally dark during the day. (I did take a photo of this view). I tried to speak to reception about this but the receptionist indicated he did not understand or talk English but would get someone. I waited and waited but nobody appeared so I filled in the hotel comments form and left it with them. All the other rooms wer large and bright including the 'single' next to me as we booked out. I did explain initially that I had paid the same for the single as the twin (taking the extra breakfasts into account)but to no avail. I have accepted that as a single traveller I have to pay the cost of a double room but I do not accept what I was offloaded with at this hotel and hope you can take this matter up with them.

Its best point is the location. It's comfortable and has decent showers. Breakfast and decor not so good. Its central location mean that you may be woken by late-night revellers. For the price it's fine for a short stay, but it is NOT a rustic Andalusian hotel.
