We had a wonderful stay in Seville. The hotel was excellent in every way, and really beautiful. The staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful, and the rooms were superb. We just loved the courtyard with the fountain. We will certainly recommend it to our friends who will be visiting Seville.
thank you very much for a lovely stay.

The cathedral, amongst all the other beautiful buildings. Looks lovely at night when all lit up too. Recommend using one of the tourist buses as it gives you an idea of where everything is. Also went by horse and carriage through the park, and the driver was very informative. We ate in one of the outside restaurants and the food was very good. Sorry, can't remember the name. Also had coffee and cake at a wonderful cafe in a square (sorry can't remember the name of that either).

Fabulous hotel, lovely and peaceful from the hectic streets of Seville. Approx 5mins walk from the main attractions.
Staff were very helpful and we got a room upgrade on arrival.

This is a most excellent, truly ‘boutique’ hotel in the perfect location with the friendliest, most helpful & accommodating staff imaginable. I took my husband here for a surprise birthday present and if we ever get a chance to go back to Seville, we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else! The girls on the front desk, Amanda & Alicia, helped us with absolutely everything - Amanda even went so far as to organise a private Spanish lesson for us, which we had at a near by cafe, whilst sitting outside enjoying a leisurely breakfast! A truly personal service that exceeded all expectations- muchas gracias por todo! We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

You must go to the two flamenco bars on the north side of the river, Los Nuetros and the one next door to it, to see local people singing & dancing. Also, bars & restaurants only get busy quite late so you might want to plan a siesta into your day to make sure you have the staying power to be out all night!

The best kept secret in Seville! Great Location...you can walk almost everywhere from Hotel. The Hotel itself is just beautiful- Amazing modern design inside a traditional Spanish house - great eye for detail and brilliant use of space - the roff garden was really special. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help us find everything we needed. They made our stay very special and we felt really cared for. Thankyou!

Some terrific local Restaurants....we found the best ones were where the locals ate...Cairo was a good one - great value for money too - address is El Cairo , 13 Rayes Catolicos. 10 mins walk from Hotel. A real treat is the Flamenco Museum -really enlightening. They booked tickets for us to see genuine Flamanco in Casa de la Memoria in Calle Ximenez de Encisco which is by the Cathedral and only 20 minutes walk from Hotel. Amazing stuff!
If you have time, take the Ave train to Cordoba to see the Mezquita..it only takes 40 mins to get there and the experience will stay with you forever. Genuinely awesome!

Upon arrival after a very long journey plus an hour and half to find hotel, I was given the wrong key and entered into an extremely embarassing situation. I told the front desk, but she didnt seem bothered when I told her the guest was very upset, just asked me if the key worked and handed me another!!! When I wasnt familiar with the lighting I had to return back to reception to ask why the light switches where not working, only to be embarassed infront of other guest when the same receptionist told me I had to fit the card into the box. When I asked how would I know this, she followed by saying we have many British and American visitors and they do not have to be told how to do this. Room was completely over stuffed with furniture, shower was dirty and plugged up. Flooded bathroom floor of which I had to return to same receptionist. Instead of switching our room, she said she'll have it fixed. Its now midnight! Awoken at 8am by cleaners next door and on outside walkway. Never again! I am a GM of a SLH in New York and this GM should be ashamed of themselves. Beautiful hotel but dont let the facade fool you. Poorly run and EXTREMELY NOISY WITH POOR SERVICE STAFF, most seemed friendly but inattentive and under trained to guests needs.

Basically a very good hotel easy walking distance from all of Sevilles attractions. We had to wait a few hours for a room to become available and althogh promised an upper floor we were shown a ground floor room then given a key to an occupied room, then finally the room with our luggage in.
No matter what is promised a double bed is still two seperate beds pushed together. Staff cannot or will not understand what a double bed means, just a shrug of the shoulders.

If you have time take a train down to Cadiz, but beware some trains cost three times as much as others but not much faster. It takes about two hours by train, but we had a great day on the beach followed by the best tapas of the holiday..
