The hotel’s special location along the promenade leading from the Rialto Bridge to St. Mark’s Square makes it one of the most sought-after and most highly appreciated properties for getting to know the real Venice.

There are a total of 20 guestrooms in the hotel, all of which are simply furnished. All guestrooms have private bathrooms although three of the rooms do not have the bathroom inside the bedroom but very close (ie next door or across the hall). Bathrooms tend to be very small and a number of space saving techniques are used. Some rooms are air conditioned and all rooms have a safety box and telephone as well as television.

More suited to the young budget traveller, the hotel reception is reached via a set of staircases leading from the entrance on the square. Staff are friendly and welcoming as you enter the small reception/lobby area which doubles as one of the breakfast areas. A functional, fairly simple hotel offering a clean room.
